Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced, highly dynamic Human Resources team that is innovating and making a positive impact on the people of Ares. We are seeking a dynamic Vice President, HR Optimization leading the Service Operations function. In this role, you will oversee the Service Operations function, managing global HR inquiries, HR Employee Data Management, global onboarding and work authorization, and the execution of day-to-day HR processes and tasks. This role is critical in ensuring seamless HR operations and delivering exceptional service to employees worldwide.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Service Operations Leadership :
- Lead and manage the Service Operations function, ensuring efficient handling of global HR inquiries and requests.
- Oversee and direct the Service Operations team, offering mentorship and support to foster team growth and development.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and employee satisfaction.
- Develop scalable methodologies and tools to optimize HR operations and streamline core processes like onboarding, hiring, terminations, and others that make up the employment life-cycle.
- Provide oversight and ensure strong quality control and review processes are in place to maintain HR Knowledgebase as well as Ares’ internal procedures and guides.
- Implement and leverage tools to automate processes, enhancing sustainability and scalability.
- Monitor and analyze service metrics to identify areas for improvement.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus. Note, the range takes into account a broad spectrum of qualifications, including, but not limited to, years of relevant work experience, education, and other relevant qualifications specific to the role.
175,000-$215,000
