What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Management Analyst position at ARES?
ARES is looking for an experienced individual for the role of Data Management (DM) Analyst on the Human Space Flight Technical Integration Contract (HSFTIC). The DM Analyst will provide data management support to Extravehicular Activity and Human Surface Mobility Program (EHP) including the following :
Responsibilities include :
- Manage data access process and its implementation
- Coordinate, process and track clearance of data access requests
- Process data access approval via NASA systems
- Perform annual validation of data access and clearance
- Manage contract deliverables and non-deliverables data for the Program
- Coordinate, assist in and track submission of contractor deliverables and non-deliverables data
- Receive, distribute, store, organize and secure contract deliverables and non-deliverables
- Understand restricted data requirements for the Program to ensure proprietary and sensitive data are marked, appropriately controlled and accessible to authorized users
- Ensure established data standards are met to enhance data quality, data accessibility and data integration
- Actively participate in process improvement initiatives and all other assigned duties
