Our team seeks a Bridge Engineer for a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and engineer various types of NCDOT and pedestrian bridges.
- Perform NBIS bridge ratings.
- Apply structural engineering principles using steel, concrete, FRP, and timber materials.
- Develop integrated designs and provide cost-effective solutions.
- Assist with other duties as needed.
Requirements:
- B.S. in Civil Engineering
- P.E. license
- A commitment to teamwork and company culture
- Related internship experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- M.S. in Civil Engineering
- Experience with Openbridge Designer
- Proficiency in STAAD, RAM Concept, StruCalc, Solidworks, and Microstation
- Experience with NCDOT bridge design and NBIS bridge inspection and rating
