We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to join our team designing, building and testing, electro-optic mechanical stabilized system. The Systems Engineer will execute multiple aspects of the systems engineering discipline, to include requirements decomposition into software / hardware functions and system integration and test activities to ensure end to end system requirements closure. The system engineer will interact with the development teams, production teams, program leadership and customer regarding technical considerations and issue closure associated with our programs capabilities. The system engineer will work with other engineering disciplines including mechanical, electrical, optical, and software with analysis for different electro-optic mechanical stabilized systems. This position is based out of our Healdsburg, CA office and is an exempt, full-time, non-supervisory role.

The salary range for this role is $89,000 to $110,000; however, Arete considers several factors when extending an offer of employment, including but not limited to : the position and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education / training, and key skills .
Other Requirements
U.S. citizenship is required to meet position eligibility.
Selected applicants will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
