Job Description
- Follow a daily schedule, insuring timely arrival at each account (a company vehicle will be provided).
- Inspect and perform pest control treatments for customers using high-quality and environmentally responsible products.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills as you interact with customers, office staff, and service managers.
- Must posses a high level of professionalism and integrity as you provide world-class pest control service in “The Arete Way”.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to provide exceptional customer service
- Demonstrate and practice a high level of integrity and professionalism.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times (clean shaven face, neatly trimmed hair)
- Must have a current and valid drivers license with no more than three major violations, three minor moving violations, and/or one at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs

Entry Level Pest Control Technician Compensation
This is a full time position where the average first year Service Professional will make between $32,000-$35,000/year. Opportunities to increase compensation based on performance and tenure are available.
Salary : $32,000 - $35,000
