Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Bus Driver for the Cache Valley Pup Bus to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the safe and efficient transportation of all dogs and co-workers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to safety, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a bus to transport dogs to and from the facility.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior.
- Assist clients in boarding and disembarking their dogs.
- Communicate effectively with clients, and staff regarding schedules and any changes.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Keep accurate records of routes, and mileage when necessary.
Experience
- Previous experience in bus driving or commercial driving is preferred.
- Experience working with dogs in any settings is a plus.
- Strong mechanical knowledge for basic vehicle maintenance is desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills are essential for interacting with clients.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English is required.
- A valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is required for this position.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 18 per week
