We are seeking junior and mid-level Data Scientist with a strong STEM background to work in the areas of machine learning, computer vision, signal/image processing and detection, physics-based modeling, and data analysis. Tasks include development of algorithms and machine learning models to solve problems in object classification, segmentation, recognition, and tracking. Other duties include but are not limited to work on challenging and important topics in the areas of novel sensing, neuromorphic imaging and computing, real-time processing, and optimization. This position is based in our Niwot, CO office. This is an exempt, non-supervisory, full-time position.

- Qualified candidate will have completed (or be in their final year of) a BS, MS, or PhD program in a STEM field.
- Experience programming in Python, C/C , or similar language.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and collaborate on small teams.
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
- Experience designing and training machine learning models, including neural networks for image and time series data.
- Computer vision, image and data fusion, image classification, and automated target recognition
- Experience with signal/image processing (registration, denoising, filtering)
- Data analytics, physics-based modeling, and simulation
- Intellectual curiosity and a desire for continuous learning

Salary : $95,000 - $110,000
