Our Office in Falls Church, VA. Has an immediate opening for a Facilities Aide reporting to the Facilities Director. This is a non-exempt full-time position.

Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for the routine building maintenance including but not limited to minor drywall patchingand paint, touch up of walls, hanging of pictures/whiteboards/bulletin boards, spot cleaning ofcarpets, caulking, replacing ceiling tiles, installing light bulbs, changing ballasts, basic plumbing(cleaning drains, replacing faucets/toilets).
- Maintaining stock rooms, receiving shipments, stocking shelves, rotating stock, removing trash,general upkeep of the office spaces.
- Responsible for maintaining the office space to include: spot cleaning carpets, painting marredwalls.
- Assembling furniture and distributing the furniture to offices for setup.
- Provide maintenance and repair services.
- Assist in Government property inventory processes
- Assist in the upkeep, monitoring, and implementation of the corporation's safety requirements
- Receives general supervision from the Facilities Director
- Additional Duties as assigned

- High School Diploma; 2 years of experience; or equivalent
- U.S Citizenship required.
- Ability to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance or currently have an active Top-Secret Clearance.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- The employee must frequently grasp, lift and /or move items over 25 pounds.
