Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Marketing/Outreach Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the department’s marketing and outreach efforts, ensuring they are implemented successfully and in a timely manner. Your responsibilities will include conducting targeted market research, tracing online activities, researching and analyzing competitors, and creating marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has excellent written and oral communication skills and a passion for creating and managing successful advertising strategies.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement marketing campaigns including social media posts and email newsletters
- Reach out to potential corporate sponsors and partner foundations
- Foster and grow networks with schools and teachers
- Brainstorm and implement information sessions for parents or sponsors
- Track and report on online marketing activities
- Identify, research, and report on companies that provide similar services
- Collect and analyze sales data, prepare reports, and present to the team
- Ability to work independently and proactively on projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in marketing, outreach, or a similar position
- Understanding of digital marketing tools and research methods
- Experience in or a quick learner of online marketing tools
- Energetic and enthusiastic team player
Salary : $50,000 - $65,000
