What You’ll Be Doing:
- Engaging with customers in person—travel throughout your assigned territory to manage existing accounts and cultivate new business.
- Showcasing top-tier lawn, garden, patio & holiday décor products to retailers and nurseries.
- Identifying seasonal sales opportunities and ensuring customers have the best products year-round.
- Promoting new products and securing merchandising displays to boost sales.
- Driving business growth across multiple channels while marketing exclusive promotions.
- Representing Arett Sales at key industry events, including our renowned Open House trade show, Summer Marketplace, and Good Tidings Holiday Showroom.
- Resolving customer issues efficiently and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of field sales experience in manufacturing or wholesale distribution (preferred).
- Retail experience with lawn and garden products is a big plus!
- A go-getter with strong organizational & communication skills who thrives in an independent role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and a willingness to learn company software.
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and insurance.
