ARETUM is seeking a Federal Capture Lead with a specific focus on the Department of Defense (DoD) and Navy sectors. Responsibilities
- Strategic Business Development : Develop and execute capture plans specifically tailored to the needs of the DoD and Navy, focusing on new business opportunities that align with Aretum’s capabilities.
- Client and Partner Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with key defense stakeholders, industry partners, and military officials to facilitate strategic alliances and win new contracts.
- Market and Competitive Insight : Perform thorough market analysis and strategic outreach to position Aretum as a preferred partner in defense contracts, particularly with the Navy and broader DoD community.
- Proposal Lifecycle Acumen : Utilize a comprehensive understanding of the proposal process to contribute strategically to bid decisions and capture planning, ensuring alignment with military standards and expectations.
- Leadership in Business Initiatives : Directly lead initiatives to penetrate new markets within the defense sector, ensuring that strategic goals are met and new opportunities are effectively pursued.
