Aretum is searching for a talented Power Platform Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and enhancing applications and workflows using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Your primary focus will be to create innovative solutions that streamline processes and improve operational efficiency for our federal clients.
As a Power Platform Developer, you will collaborate closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into functional applications that meet client needs. You will also provide technical guidance and best practices to end-users, fostering self-service capabilities.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse
- Create business rules and automation logic to facilitate data workflows across Power Platform and Microsoft SharePoint
- Integrate solutions with REST APIs, Azure services, and Microsoft Graph
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend developers, UX designers, and testers
- Maintain and enhance applications through iterative sprints and CI/CD pipelines
- Ensure accessibility, performance, and security compliance
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily standups
- Level I: 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform in enterprise environments
- Level II: 4 years of relevant experience, including leadership on Power Platform-based projects
- Strong proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and PowerShell scripting
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD processes
- Familiarity with Agile SDLC, user story development, and DevOps practices
Preferred Certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate
