- Lead and manage multiple concurrent technical programs for federal clients, ensuring successful delivery within established timelines and budgets
- Coordinate across various projects and stakeholders to ensure program coherence and integration
- Develop and maintain program plans, project schedules, and budgets while managing changes and escalating risks and issues appropriately
- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring continuous alignment with their strategic requirements and objectives
- Guide and mentor project managers and team members, providing insights on best practices and fostering career development
- Serve as a key point of contact for senior-level client decision-makers, effectively communicating program status, challenges, and solutions
- Support proposal development and business development efforts, leveraging program insights to help capture new opportunities
- Utilize agile methodologies to drive program delivery while adapting to changing client needs and market conditions
- 8 years of experience in program and project management, with a strong focus on software development and technology delivery
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Active PMP
- Proven experience managing complex interrelated projects and programs, including budget management and resource allocation
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and experience leading agile teams; familiarity with tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Experience in a consulting environment, with a strong understanding of government contracting processes and requirements
- Ability to navigate and manage competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Track record of successfully mentoring and developing junior team members
- Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability
