- with experience as Tam Leader or Supervisor

Delegating responsibilities and supervising business operations
Hiring, Training, Motivating, and coaching employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to customers and assessing employee performance.
Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and employees.
Monitoring Business activity and ensuring it is properly Remitted after office day.
Analyzing information and developing more effective marketing strategies.
Maintaining a clean, tidy business, ensuring that signage and displays are attractive.
Generating reports and presenting information to upper-level managers or other parties.
Ensuring staff members follow company policies and procedures.
Participates in the continual improvement efforts of the company
Performs duties that may be assigned by the General Manager / Operation Manager
Responsible for keeping the company records needed for monthly / yearly renewal of businesses.
Creating Contracts for businesses.
