Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Solar Sales Consultants to join our dynamic team. As a Solar Sales Consultant at ARF Solar, you will play a key role in promoting our solar products and services, helping prospective clients understand the benefits of solar energy, and closing sales to drive the company’s growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for renewable energy, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Sales: Identify potential customers throughout the State through outbound prospecting, referrals, and inbound inquiries.
- Consultative Selling: Educate customers on the value of solar energy, including cost savings, energy efficiency, and environmental benefits. Provide tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.
- Client Assessments: Conduct site visits to assess the feasibility of solar installations, determine system requirements, and advise customers on optimal solutions.
- Proposal & Contract Preparation: Develop and present customized solar proposals, pricing quotes, and contracts for prospective clients.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed throughout the sales process.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our installation team to ensure projects are executed smoothly and customer expectations are met.
- Sales Reporting: Track your sales activity, pipeline, and performance, and report to leadership regularly.
- Market Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest trends in the solar industry, including product advancements, local incentives, and energy regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Self-driven with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Knowledge of solar products and systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits and client meetings.
- Passion for renewable energy and making a positive impact on the environment.
