Job description
Upscale Italian Restaurant seeking employee for preparation and to assist on line
We will only consider someone with a background in upscale Italian cuisine
You must have minimum 3 years experience with Italian cuisine
In addition to Italian fare we also serve steaks, chops and fresh seafood
You will be required to do preparation, inventory, assist staff with checking deliveries and organizing of walk in box
Must believe in teamwork, is clean, organized
Maintain cleanliness of work area and kitchen
Starting salary / pay to be determined
Weekly pay. Must work on the books
6 days per week (Lunch Tues thru Fri and Dinner Tues thru Sunday)
