Job Responsibilities
High school diploma, or equivalent evidence of educational proficiency at the high school level.
Experience
Experience in inventory management preferred, ideally within a warehouse. Experience in providing customer service and troubleshooting preferred.

Job Responsibilities
- Embody the ARG Industrial Core Values of authenticity, taking ownership, being helpful and collaborative, having a desire to elevate and evolve, and exhibiting grit.
- Work collaboratively with the Outside Sales team through new customer introduction, comprehensive training, and site-specific FSS processes.
- Manage customer inventory on-site, including receiving, organizing, and putting away products based on established minimum and maximum levels.
- Write up customer orders based on inventory levels and customer requirements.
- Provide on-site training to customers on equipment usage and industry-related best practices.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring shelves, bins, and equipment are set up properly.
- Troubleshoot any issues that customers may encounter with inventory or equipment.
- Contributes to the crimper set up team, offering on-site training, troubleshooting, and diagnostic assistance.
- Communicate orders and other information effectively with internal team members to ensure prompt and accurate customer service.
- Represent ARG Industrial in a professional manner, adhering to company policies and maintaining a neat and presentable appearance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Successfully pass drug test screenings throughout employment.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to navigate and use map applications effectively to drive to customer locations
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and communication.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and multitask.
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
- Capability to set up shelves, bins, equipment.
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 70 lbs.
