Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Roofing Inspector located in Brook Park, OH. The Roofing Inspector will be responsible for conducting thorough property inspections, assessing roof conditions, documenting findings, and providing detailed reports. Daily tasks include working closely with property owners, offering exceptional customer service, and supporting new business development initiatives to expand our clientele.
Qualifications
- Property Inspections and general Inspection skills
- Experience in Property Management and New Business Development
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of roofing systems and materials is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in roofing inspection are beneficial
