We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Event Rental Sales Associate to join our growing team. As an Event Rental Sales Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, showcasing products, and maintaining the store's visual standards.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in creating tablescapes for their events.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and confirm availability of items using our software program.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve questions promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to meet goals and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
Skills
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Schedule
- 3 days/week 10 am - 5 pm
- Requirement: 1 Saturday per month, 9 am - 3 pm.
