Argenta is currently looking to fill the role of 2nd Shift Manufacturing Supervisor - Sterile Filling, at our Shawnee, KS facility.
List Responsibilities
- Oversee department specific operations meeting quality and safety standards.
- Ensure operations are efficient and organized.
- Report non-conforming events immediately and work through the required resolution.
- Promote a collaborative work environment and find and implement process improvements.
- Other duties as assigned.
List Requirements
- Associate degree in related discipline or technical certificate preferred, or minimum three years related supervisory or lead role experience.
- Five years manufacturing experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, or other highly regulated environment (desired).
- Thoroughly understand cGMP regulations and requirements, translate operational details, and communicate with work staff.
- Demonstrate leadership and coaching skills, including interpersonal and organizational skills and coach and mentor personnel to consistent exacting standards.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate critical thinking skills by identifying and resolving issues.
- Execute tactical plans and maintain established timelines and budgets.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with primary support functions.
