Summary
The Sr. Inside Sales Representative is responsible for the overall increasing of sales with both existing and prospective customers. This position will focus largely on executing in/outbound calls, establishing strong relationships with new customers, achieving designated monthly sales metrics and supporting the customer service team.
Please note: Training will be in person. After demonstrating proficiency in all aspects of position, there is a hybrid option available.

Required education and experience
- High School Diploma, associate degree preferred.
- 3-5 years’ experience inside sales/customer service environment.
- Call center phone system/cloud based contact center-Five9 experience a plus
- Proven track record of successful sales experience preferred.
- Excellent communication/ customer relations skills with a strong attention to detail and critical thinking aptitude.
- Ability to work in a self-motivating, face-paced results-oriented environment.
- Data entry/CRM experience
Strong computer skills with experience using Microsoft products including: Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Excel
