The Global Head of Insights, Analytics and Competitive Intelligence is responsible for all market research and competitive intelligence activities to support both in-line indication and the pipeline.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Partner with the commercialization community and select regions to garner key customer, market, and competitive insights.
- Build and lead a team of insights, analytics, and CI colleagues.
- Develop global insights, analytics, and CI capabilities for the organization.
- Establish and maintain appropriate competitive intelligence processes to support company, brand, and pipeline planning processes globally.
- Develop systematic performance and analytics dashboards and tracking.
- Effectively manage multiple external vendor / partner relationships to ensure high quality and insightful deliverables to help manage the business.
- Provide leadership on data science, artificial intelligence, machine learning methods, predictive analytics, validation, and tools to drive impactful business decisions.
- Lead the proposal, design, and execution of qualitative and quantitative market research and analytics initiatives to support existing and future assets.
- Analyze and interpret results from research in the context of collective insights, preparing meaningful, timely reports and presentations for the brand and leadership team.
- Partner with Finance to manage the department budget including vendor agreements and contracts.
