Inbound Logistics Ops

The Inbound Logistics Operator is responsible for the coordination, receiving and record-keeping of internal of inbound

materials needed in the glass manufacturing process.

• Must be able to greet, direct, and properly record shipments while displaying Arglass-level customer service
• Ensuring the deliveries have been unloaded properly in the correct locations with the correct material
• Ability to operate a forklift to loading/unloading tasks
• Collaborate with Supply Chain leadership in establishing efficient processes
• Verify pre-operation checklists are completed for forklifts and other equipment
• Ensure deliveries match our internal inventory management system.
• Be able to analyze and correct mistakes made in the inventory system
• Able to understand receiving schedule and practice efficient management of incoming deliveries
• Ensure correct product is loaded onto the appropriate spaces.
• Notify supervisor of any incidences of recurring equipment malfunctions, discrepancies in shipments, receipts, delays

and corrective action taken and of any poor-quality material or supplies noted.

• Establish and maintain a safe and healthy environment consistent with Arglass policies and procedures while striving

for zero accidents.

• Maintain an effective working relationship within functional area and with other departments ensuring effective and

timely communication.

• Partner with other department to resolve issue and create new solutions
• Maintain administrative records and activities
