Responsibilities
- Drive Kargo’s software sprint planning processes. Work closely with Kargo’s software team to ensure timeline and result line up with product requirements.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impair the team's ability to meet goals. Communicate regularly with key stakeholders on status and risks.
- Build out and execute robust testing processes to meet quality requirements for each software change release.
- Support software team, operations team, and customer success team in troubleshooting and bug fixes.
