About the role
As a Product Designer at Argo Labs, you will be at the forefront of designing the innovative software solutions that drive our products forward. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to shape our product direction and design culture.

5 years of experience designing and shipping software productsHave designed, iterated, and shipped 4 or more products end-to-endStrong portfolio showcasing exceptional UX, UI, and interaction design skillsAbility to solve complex interaction design problems, especially for conversational AI interfacesExcellent visual design and prototyping skills (we use Figma)Experience with design systems and familiarity with technical tools (e.g., Git, VSCode)Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisionsPassion for AI and enthusiasm for shaping AI-first product interactionsComfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environmentAbility to balance user needs with technical constraints in AI-driven productsWhat we offer
