This position plays an integral role in building a holistic view and roadmap of Argo's technology strategy, processes and information technology roadmap. Partnering with business and technology groups, this position ensures that proposed technical solutions not only align with the company's overall objectives but also ensures that both groups enable and drive each other to meet the needs of the company's mission and vision.
Responsible for organizational direction, leadership, and quality assurance within their identified technical discipline, this position leads research, recommendation, and development of advanced architecture solutions across the enterprise. This position works closely with IT leadership and business partners in needs assessment and developing solutions proposals. Proven in the skills of communication, leadership, judgment, and innovation, this role is granted a high degree of autonomy in their technical responsibilities and works under very minimal supervision. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish job responsibilities and goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. The Senior Enterprise Architect will lead and direct the work of others and will have on-call responsibilities as necessary.
