Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. WE LOVE OUR WORK.

• Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.  
• Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management. 
• Assist in the development and maintenance of player tracking information in the casino management system. 
• Able to activate, approve, and make manual adjustments to a patron account. 
• May be stationed as the second employee at the admission/exit turnstile area in addition to a Security Officer. 
• Effectively respond to customer concerns and issues to promote player goodwill. 
• Communicate promotions to internal and external customers. Perform and/or coordinate the pre and post event analysis.   
• Coordinate marketing support services to include advertising, public relations, and internal departments. 
• Work closely with CRM to ensure accurate details are incorporated into advertisements and materials.  
• Coordinates, organizes, and executes approved property promotions.  
• Supports the development of press releases and media correspondence in relation to marketing programs or property advertising. 
• Monitors calendar for promotions at the property following the strategy of the promotions department.  
• Communicates current and upcoming promotional efforts for the guests, team members, and regulatory agencies. 
• Monitors and responds to online reviews/reputation management for the property within established guidelines.  
• Coordinate and track, as needed, groups responding to special and VIP party events. Dress in appropriate uniform/attire based upon event/venue, occasionally a costume may be used. 
• Develops good working relationships and maintains effective communication with other departments to secure and maintain their cooperation for assistance with promotions and events 
• Ability to generate new and unique promotional ideas and events 

BRING US YOUR BEST.

• Associates degree (A.A.) in marketing, finance or related area; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
• One (1) year of related experience required, preferably in Marketing. 
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.  
• Technical proficiency and knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook). 
• Possess excellent oral and written communication skills; strong client interface and presentation skills preferred. 
• Demonstrated ability to drive toward results.
