Responsibilities
- Planning and organizing : Organize the cleaning inspections as needed
- Monitoring performance : Monitor employee performance and identify areas for improvement
- Providing feedback : Provide feedback to help employees improve their performance
- Communicating : Communicate between employees and management
- Training : Orient new employees to company policies and procedures
- Addressing issues : Address concerns to the team
- Reporting : Report to the client and the admin team once the issue is corrected
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
