What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shop Clerk position at Arguindegui Management Llc?
Arguindegui Oil Companies, a well-established oil services company with over 81 years in the industry, is currently hiring for Shop Clerk for Laredo, Texas terminal,
- Order Parts necessary for Shop Mechanics to fulfill their projects.
- Maintain Log of categorized Shop Expenses.
- Update it daily for the review of the Company Accounts.
- Keep track and record of invoices and receipts.
- Issue out parts order numbers to outside vendors, or Company Yard Managers for the acquisition of parts and/or services.
- Obtain necessary information for the purpose of filling out a Parts Order Request Form before any purchase, or agreement with vendor/services are made.
- Produce second Parts Order form after finalized sum of purchase is made; per purchase.
- Communicate the needs of the Shop Administrator/Shop Mechanics with the other departments, or managers of the Arguindegui Company.
- Produce scanned copies of all purchases, and organize within files for future references, or needs of Accounts Payable, or Auditing Purposes
