We are continuously hiring for a range of electrical engineering positions, including:
- Electrical Engineer I (0-2 years experience) – Assist in designing electrical systems, perform calculations, and collaborate with teams to execute fueling system projects. Gain hands-on experience with software tools like AutoCAD, Revit, SKM, and Visual Lighting.
- Staff Electrical Engineer I (4 years experience) – Take ownership of engineering calculations and designs, conduct site visits, review technical work, and contribute to process improvements and project planning.
- Staff Electrical Engineer II (7 years experience) – Lead design and analysis tasks, manage small to mid-sized projects, mentor lower-level engineers, conduct QA/QC reviews, and act as a key contact for project managers, clients, and contractors.
- Senior Electrical Engineer (10 years experience) – Oversee and lead large-scale electrical projects, mentor junior engineers, conduct QA/QC reviews, and support business development efforts.
What You’ll Do (Varies by Level):
- Design, analyze, and implement electrical systems for complex fueling infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions.
- Conduct site visits, verify compliance, and ensure adherence to industry codes and client requirements.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, contributing to a culture of learning and excellence.

Entry Level Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent combination of education, training, and
- experience.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience, including internships or cooperative education.
- Basic proficiency with engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SKM, Visual Lighting).
- Understanding of fundamental electrical engineering concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and accept feedback constructively.
- Eligible for Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or actively working toward licensure.
Staff Electrical Engineer I Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent combination of education, training, and

- 4 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Proficient with engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SKM, Visual Lighting).
- Thorough understanding of electrical engineering principles and applicable standards.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Eligible to obtain Professional Engineer (PE) licensure.
Staff Electrical Engineer II Minimum Qualifications

- experience.
- 7 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Advanced proficiency with engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SKM, Visual Lighting).
- Comprehensive understanding of electrical engineering principles and applicable standards.

- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure required.
