Job Description
The primary responsibility of the Parking and Traffic Equipment Supervisor is to oversee the setup and teardown processes for the signage and cones pre and post-event, provide direction and support to team members according to the Event Manager's guidelines during event day operations, meet the needs of the client and venue, assist patrons, solve problems, and address any concerns from a customer service perspective.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
1. Provide outstanding customer service.
2. Effectively work traffic plans to aid patrons in parking and ensure the safety of all in their area.
3. Ensure and monitor the quality and safety of operations for the area and the surrounding areas.
4. Ensure adherence to all administrative policies and procedures.
5. Use radios according to established protocols
6. Will handle maintenance and report any damaged equipment.
7. Perform lot counts.
8. Proactively communicate with patrons, other team members, managers, and administrators.
9. Resolve guest-related issues and address needs and concerns as they arise.
10. Handle large and diverse crowds.
11. Organize and maintain signage and cones
13. Prioritize working shows on weekends, holidays, and busier days.

Physical Demands of the Job
Must be able to move quickly and energetically-A lot of lifting periods, moving equipment, and constant movement around the event area are expected on event days. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs safely.
Psychological Demands
Moderately stressful with constantly changing demands and imposing deadlines. Must be able to give and take professional direction from different Management and clients.
Working Conditions
There is a fast-paced environment at the venue during event days. Longer hours / days are necessary. Parking is exclusively an outdoor position and is subject to all weather conditions.
