Job Summary
As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations of the store. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting the store manager in daily tasks, managing team members, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Duties
- Assist the store manager in overseeing day-to-day operations
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
- Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating staff
- Manage store cleanliness and organization
- Utilize POS systems for transactions and reporting
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or similar position
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of recruiting, store management, and wireless sales
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills
- Excellent team management abilities
- Understanding of market trends and customer prefere
