Mechanic act
Requirements :
Set of tools (wrenches / sockets / specialty items / etc.)
Ability to operate forklift
Experience with overhead cranes
Well versed in hydraulics and heavy equipment.
Trouble shooting ability.
Basic diesel knowledge.
Basic electrical knowledge / trouble shooting ability (12v DC, 24v DC, 110v AC circuits)
Must be willing to travel (
Experience with welding (MIG, Stick)
Experience with hot work (torch, plasma, grinder, etc.)
Responsibilities :
Perform and manage final assembly stage in house (i.e. truck chassis mounting, hydraulic plumbing, E-stop / wiring circuits, etc.)
Perform initial start-up and calibration of hydraulic power units (diesel / electric).
Recondition / service of rental fleet.
Assist Customers (via phone, in-person, etc.) with trouble shooting field issues.
Perform initial site setup / break-in / training of equipment in field.
