Requirements:
- Proven experience leading and developing people.
- Experience in a job shop manufacturing environment with high-mix, low-volume, complex products.
- Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CPSM) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
