CNC Machinist - 1st Shift gea
JOB DUTIES :
- Safely perform all responsibilities with adherence to company policy
- Inspect and measure parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Read engineering documents such as prints, routing, and process instructions
- Demonstrate ability to operate CNC lathes, mills, set-up and program
- Proper handling of measurement tools
- Perform side operations as required while CNC is running (e.g. deburring)
- Maintain all equipment in good operating condition
- Report discrepancies in job route times as soon as they are identified
- Maintain accurate shop floor control system information
- Fill out scrap report
- Maintain safe and clean work area
- Must have good attendance
- Other duties as assigned
