CNC Set up arkRESPONSIBIITIES AND DUTIES :
- Complete mechanical erection of all equipment in batching and mixing plant.
- Verify equipment on site and staged.
- Communicate with supervisor any delays, issues and requests for change orders.
- Communicate with customers as needed.
- Clean up job site at end of day and ensure all equipment is properly secure for the night.
- Assist with plant start-up and trouble shooting.
- Perform all duties assigned by the Field Services Supervisor or Manager.
- Adhere to all company policies.SKILLS :
- Excellent construction skills and ability to resolve challenges.
- Ability to read and understand engineering assembly drawings.
- Must have physical strength, endurance and work well with your hands.
- Ability to work independently as well as with crew members
- Ability to adapt to new situations encountered on the job within a reasonable amount of time.
- Ability to prioritize and complete work on time and on budget with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Ability to use basic Math skills – add, subtract, multiply, divide, measurements, fractions.
- Ability to operate equipment such as telescoping forklift, aerial lift, etc.
- Ability to use basic construction tools including hand tools, power tools, measuring tools, portablewelder, cutting torch, rigging chains and straps, come-alongs, ladders, etc.
- Ability to work safely and follow all safety rules, policies and regulations.WORKING CONDITIONS : Jobsite, mostly outdoorsExtensive Travel required (80-90%); duration dependent onproject, 1-3 weeks at a time typical.Non-union.QUALIFICATIONS : REQUIRED :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in commercial and industrial projects .
- Valid driver’s License.DESIRED :
- Experience working in construction or related field.
- Knowledge of basic engineering and construction principles and methods.
- Currently posses a valid US Passport or the ability to obtain one.
