Maintenance ahh
Any shift
Average 8-10 hours per day
Occasional weekend work as needed for emergencies or planned maintenance
Location : Pewaukee WI, with some time at our New Berlin facility
Duties and Responsibilities
- Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance
- Responding immediately to equipment and machinery breakdowns
- Diagnosing faults
- Repairing equipment
- Keeping Production Supervisor, President and Vice-President informed of progress
- Creating maintenance procedures
- Training Production Assistants on routine maintenance procedures
- Obtaining specialist components, fixtures or fittings. Managing stocks of supplies and equipment.
- Carrying out quality inspections
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
- Supervising outside contractors and vendors for maintenance and repair when deemed appropriate.
- Develop predictive maintenance to improve quality and uptime.
- Work overtime as needed
