We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. The Dental Receptionist will handle scheduling, patient inquiries, and administrative tasks while maintaining a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly as they arrive at the office and assist them with check-in procedures.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for patients, ensuring efficient use of the dentist's time.
- Manage patient records and documentation review, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries regarding services, insurance, and billing.
- Process patient payments and maintain financial records in accordance with office policies.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow throughout the office
- Maintain knowledge of dental terminology to assist in patient interactions effectively.
Qualifications
- 1 Year minimum experience as a Dental Receptionist required
- Familiarity with dental terminology
- Proficiency in documentation review and management of patient records.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
