Summary of Job Summary and Qualifications:
We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist PRN to join our team at Medical City Argyle Surgical Hospital. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist and position patients on the CT table with compassion and care.
• Start IVs for contrast injection when necessary and assess image quality, making adjustments as needed.
• Release customers with proper post-procedure instructions and turn over the room using aseptic technique between patients.
• Clean and sterilize equipment and follow radiation safety procedures and guidelines.
Required Qualifications:
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
• Registered Radiographer (ARRT) certification or State Registered Radiologic Technician designation.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in radiologic technology or related field, or vocational school graduate.
