- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Finance
- Experience in IT business analysis and/or IT Support Analyst functions for Front Office in the Finance industry
- Knowledge of financial Products (Structured Products, Equity Options, Securities Lending, TRS, Repo, Interest Rate Derivatives and term structures, Credit bonds, CLO…) and their trade workflows.
- Knowledge and experience in one of the following:
- Equity/Equity Derivatives trade execution and booking (Fidessa, Dash, Markitwire, Sophis or similar…)
- Credit Markets Executions, Trades and booking gateways (Credit Bonds, CLO, ABS..)
- Equity Structured products trades and workflows (MTN Documentation…)
- Pricing, P&L and Risk management
- Equity and Credit Instrument Data Referential (Listed Derivatives, Securities, Indices, and ETFs), RIMES of similar applications.
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus
- Strong communication skills.to effectively support the needs of the Front Office teams
- Ability to quickly prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment on multiple applications
- Strong customer service focus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Knowledge in Agile practices and methodologies is a plus
