Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Executive located in New Brunswick, NJ. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for inside sales, lead generation, communication, and driving sales and business development initiatives on behalf of ArhamSoft LLC.
Qualifications
- Understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Lead Generation and Business Development skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Experience in B2B sales or client acquisition
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales techniques
- Present and promote company services to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Demonstrated experience in sales or cold calling
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle and Programming languages
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales
Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year depending on skills
- Commission: 10% on successful deals
