Description:
We are seeking an experienced Qlik Sense Developer with a strong background in business intelligence and data visualization. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Qlik Sense development and working knowledge of Power BI and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Qlik Sense dashboards and reports that provide meaningful business insights.
- Develop and optimize data models, scripting, and ETL processes within Qlik Sense.
- Work with business users to gather requirements and translate them into effective visualization solutions.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from multiple sources into Qlik Sense.
- Ensure dashboard performance, security, and scalability.
- Develop SSRS reports and maintain SQL Server reporting services.
- Write SQL queries, stored procedures, and views to support reporting and analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, business analysts, and IT teams to optimize data solutions.
- Troubleshoot performance issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends in BI technologies and best practices.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 7 years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Visualization.
- Strong expertise in Qlik Sense: dashboard development, scripting, and data modeling.
- Proficiency in SQL and database management.
- Experience in Power BI and SSRS as additional skills.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data integration techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with QlikView (optional but a plus).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in cloud BI solutions (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts.
- Knowledge of Qlik Sense API integration.
