Arhaus is searching for a Direct Marketing Coordinator to assist the Direct Marketing team in project & campaign implementation, management, and evaluation. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Direct Mail the DM Coordinator will aid in executing multiple direct mail programs. The ideal candidate has strong organization, time management skills, and knowledge of marketing principles.

Arhaus is searching for a Direct Marketing Coordinator to assist the Direct Marketing team in project & campaign implementation, management, and evaluation. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Direct Mail the DM Coordinator will aid in executing multiple direct mail programs. The ideal candidate has strong organization, time management skills, and knowledge of marketing principles.
Responsibilities
- Assist Direct Marketing team in organizing, managing & executing production plans, spreadsheets, & other direct marketing responsibilities
- Responsible for the updating & tracking of distribution lists, calendars, direct marketing requests, meeting agendas
- Extract data from external sources, update standard monthly/quarterly direct mail and customer insights reports, review and cross-reference reports for data accuracy and appropriate trends
- Work closely with Digital Marketing channel managers to implement direct marketing emails & informed delivery emails for applicable campaigns
- Provide ad-hoc data analysis and reporting, using appropriate data sources and formulas to help inform business decisions
- Collaborate with internal and external vendors to maintain accuracy and delivery of files and campaign timelines
- Collaborate with the internal Marketing Analytics team and external vendors to assist in analyzing campaign performance and generate reports as needed
- Conduct quality checks on mail pieces before distribution
- Liaise with printing and mailing vendors to ensure timely production and delivery of materials
- Coordinate with creative teams to design mail pieces that align with brand standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, business administration or related field
- 1-2 year's experience in Marketing or Communications
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organization skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet required deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Lookup & Reference Formulas, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of marketing data analytics and tools
- Basic knowledge of direct mail marketing
