In addition to creating the experience which is Arhaus Furniture, you will be responsible for weekly store transfers and working with management, ensuring that inventory is maintained at satisfactory levels.

Requirements
- Ability to work independently with little supervision/self-motivated.
- Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Communication skills - ability to communicate clearly with other departments.
- Previous creative or visual merchandising experience is preferred.
- Some work experience or knowledge in faux finishing and specialty painting.
- Must be willing to travel as needed.
- Must be willing to work extended hours as needed.
- Must be able to move furniture independently around the showroom.
- Must be able to operate most building tools and equipment.
- Must feel comfortable using a ladder.
- Intermediate computer literacy.
- Preferred experience in creating floor plans.
- College degree or job experience in a related field (merchandising, floral design, graphic design, and/or set/stage design).
- Hourly/Non-Exempt
- If achieved (depending on store location), eligible for monthly team sales incentives and quarterly bonus
