JOB SUMMARY
As a Maintenance Supervisor at Ari Apartment Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the property maintenance and enhancing the overall value of the community. You will lead a maintenance team in performing preventative maintenance, responding to maintenance service requests, and performing repairs and improvements of vacant apartments to ensure they are market ready.
Responsibilities :
Hire, train, and empower maintenance staff under the Property Manager's guidance.
Manage preventive maintenance schedules and ensure site grounds are kept immaculate.
Maintain pool operations according to Health Department regulations.
Execute diverse maintenance tasks, including painting, caulking, keying, appliance repairs, plumbing fixes, minor HVAC and roof repairs.
Understand and comply with Fair Housing laws and conduct.
