Holman is currently accepting applications for the role of Director- Private Equity- Strategic Services.
The Director of PE Services leads the strategy, ongoing management, and service delivery for select private equity firms that Holman does business with. This role involves working with the private equity firm and individual portfolio companies. The Director will own the relationship with the private equity accounts, driving strategy at the highest levels and positioning Holman to execute on the promises made to these valued customers. They collaborate with direct reports, business leaders, and team members to strengthen partnerships, leading to retention and sustained growth. This role works across Holman’s matrixed organization, driving execution through teams who sit in different parts of the business, collaborating with and influencing others in order to succeed. The Director is responsible for the ongoing strategy, results, and support for the private equity clientele and their individual portfolio companies.
- Owns and manages the relationships at the private equity company level.
- Accountable for Holman’s execution of the service delivery and strategic account management of the portfolio companies.
- Ensures retention of PE contracts, including contract management.
- Collaborates with PE companies to drive strategy, report results, and add value.
- Influences and drives execution across Holman’s Strategic, Service, and Operational teams.
- Leads the Private Equity team, including the individual portfolio service manager(s).
- Works with Sales to advance the penetration of the PE portfolios.
- Leads resolution of service-based issues with portfolio customers.
- Ensures proactive account management using KPIs and metrics.
- Develops and delivers business reviews, insights, and recommendations to the private equity company.
- Supports teams in account retention strategies.
- Represents Holman at industry functions and events.
- Leads the development and innovation of Holman’s offerings to the private equity sector.
- Develops and manages budgets for resourcing and expenses.
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned
Relevant Work Experience:
- 5-10 years in strategic account management, sales, or client servicing.
- At least 4 years of progressive leadership experience.
- Proven track record of employee and leader development.
- Understanding of the fleet management industry and Holman's products/services preferred.
- Experience in complex, matrixed environments.
- Project management experience.
- Experience in leading change management efforts.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
Education and/or Training:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required, MBA preferred.
- Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)

Pay:
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $189,530.00 - $298,515.00 USD annually for full time employees.
