Responsibilities
- Meet with customers in-store to maximize profitability on behalf of our home improvement client, Leaf Filter.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to optimize performance.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor retail sales performance and develop strategies to improve results.
- Foster strong relationships with existing customers while identifying potential upsell opportunities.
Requirements
- Strong skills in negotiation and closing deals.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
