Our management team is actively seeking a Junior Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team for the retail sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have a customer-centric mindset.
As a Junior Sales and Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for assisting with the implementation of marketing strategies, analyzing and tracking campaign performance, and providing exceptional customer service. A high level of energy, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude are essential.
Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
- Build brand recognition through local events and assist in the growth and development of assigned territories and campaigns.
- Aid efforts of customer acquisition, retention, and increased sales margins by cultivating an exemplary consumer experience.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies in order to design and maintain a favorable public image for clients.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of client’s products, services, and promotions.
- Resolve customer concerns by providing accurate and reliable information using given tools and training.
- Report directly to Management with feedback and results to drive revenue and increase sales margins.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
- Experience in customer service, sales, or marketing roles preferred.
- Must be able to work full-time hours and occasional weekends.
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in individual tasks as well as team projects.
- Friendly, outgoing, professional, and confident demeanor.
- Active listening and problem-solving abilities
