Due to the recent increase in demand for products and services, our firm has created a handful of junior level positions to better support our growing Charlotte office. Our Business Development team is seeking entry level professionals to train as the first point of contact for consumers, and act as the face of our company. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to commute to the office every day
- 1-2 years experience in a customer facing role
- Self motivated, team player, and trainable
- Unrelenting drive to understand customer needs
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Extend company outreach - Demonstrate, promote, and sell products and services.
- Foster relationships - Nurture all consumer relationships to ensure brand loyalty.
- Meet and exceed targets - Contribute to company growth by driving revenue.
- Track results - Document all customer interactions to track campaign progress.
