Duties/Responsibilities
- Process breakdown and process study
- Time-study and bottle neck analysis
- Line balancing and level loading
- Value stream mapping & identify waste
- Facility layout planning
- 40% office and 60% on floor
- Create and update standard work documents
- Machining, Fabrication & Assembly process
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
- 4-6 years experience required.
- Creativity, verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem solving ability.
- Team player and detail oriented.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawing, schematics and computer-generated reports.
- Work with operations and build relations with personnel
