Duties/Responsibilities
- Documenting market requirements
- Collaborating with internal customers and team members to develop software specifications.
- Translating market requirements into technical specifications
- Willingness to dig into details and work across organization to identify root causes, escalate issues as necessary and report out to management.
- Ability to manage high level issues list for entire team; ensuring all issues are summarized and communicated to others on a quarterly basis.
- Desire, ability and motivation to work effectively to achieve high level targets without constant follow-up.
- Self-motivated Willingness to report out on progress towards goals & deliverables on a regular basis.
- Desire to maintain responsibility over defined customers, targets, and/or deliverables.
- 3 years of overall experience required in the relevant technology.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science/Electrical or relevant field required.
- Power BI
- Data Analysis
- Learn and build expertise in the VisionLink / Product Link/ Telematics eco-system.
- Built and managed Process and/or Design FMEAs
- Must have good communication skills both written and oral.
- Must have good presentation skills.
- Able to achieve organizational goals with required supervision.
- Troubleshoot, identify and correct Telematics issues, where possible
- Clearly communicate identified issues to business partners, dealers, customers and others
- Utilize in-house tools to monitor customer telematics & provide feedback on improvements.
- On-site troubleshooting experience; working directly with a customer and clearly articulating challenges & next steps.

Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
